LSC is proud to announce our first trial victory since opening our new firm in February. Founding Partner Richard Saldinger led the LSC team to a successful verdict in a Cook County Circuit Court bench trial in a breach of contract case. On behalf of our LSC client, Rich secured $600,000 in compensatory damages in addition to interest, costs and attorneys’ fees that will be determined at a later date. In all, the verdict will result in an award in excess of $1 million. Importantly, Rich also defeated the defendant’s counterclaim seeking more than $4 million in damages.
