Austin Maas

As an associate of Landsman Saldinger Carroll, Austin represents clients in various commercial litigation matters such as breach of contract and fiduciary actions, employment disputes, and shareholder disputes. In addition to representing clients at trial, Austin has achieved favorable outcomes for his clients by resolving cases at their early stages through dismissal or settlement. He has experience advocating for his clients in all stages of litigation, including depositions, mediations, and trials, and regularly guides his clients through what can be an intimidating legal process. Austin is invested in his clients and dedicated to ensuring that they get the best possible outcome for their case.

Austin graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law and started his career in Des Moines, Iowa, where he gained valuable litigation experience before joining Landsman Saldinger Carroll. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, reading, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
